Yilmaz Reduktor was founded in 1958 and quickly became Turkey’s leading gearbox manufacturer, aided by consistent product quality, work discipline, strategic planning, and consistent vision. Today, Yilmaz Reduktor remains Turkey’s leading gearbox producer, rapidly becoming well-known worldwide.
Yilmaz Reduktor leverages its extensive experience, cutting-edge technology, and ongoing investments in engineering to develop innovative products that meet the demands of the global market. Many industries use Yilmaz products, and customers regard Yilmaz as a trusted gearbox partner.
In 2015, we acknowledged that the Yilmaz brand needed its own identity in the UK market to help grow its product range. In 2015, we founded Yilmaz UK Ltd. Growth over the years has fully justified this decision.
Yilmaz UK Ltd. has quickly developed into a market-leading supplier of industrial gearboxes, electric motors, and variable-speed drives. The Yilmaz brand has been distributed in the UK for over 20 years via our sister company, Pumps and Gearboxes Limited, and before that, Peter Rayner Gears.
Yilmaz UK Ltd. assembles many different industrial gearboxes from component part format at our production facility in West Yorkshire. With a wide range of stock components for helical, worm, and helical bevel gearboxes, quick deliveries are a specialty. Yilmaz UK also stocks a full range of ELK Electric Motors up to 315 kW. ELK Electric Motors is part of the Yilmaz Reduktor family in Turkey. Variable speed drives suitable for many applications are also available from Yilmaz UK Ltd. up to 630kW.
