Upon receiving your mixer, our team will discuss its previous operation with you and your team, as well as maintenance issues that it may have had upon failure of the unit. Then, we will disassemble and inspect the entire mixer, such as the gearbox, flanges, covers, rotors, brushings, bearings, seals, piping, etc.
We will document all findings with photos and videos. After disassembling the components, we will check the shaft run-outs and the face of the rotors for any wear or cracks. Once we’ve completed all inspections, we’ll send all documentation and findings for finalization.
